Shipping & Delivery
Depending on your order Everythingpontoon.com ships via UPS, USPS or Common Carrier. We choose the best and most efficient way to ship your product to your area. Free shipping applies to certain products and special sales, please note: most smaller parts ship via USPS. It also applies to the continental US only (lower 48 states). If you are located outside of this territory, please give us a call for freight costs to your area. Please see some tips below on receiving you shipments.

INITIAL OPENING OF CARTON: DO NOT use any sharp object to open your boxes or cartons. Open your new products with care. Any damage from opening are at your expense for replacement.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT (PRODUCTS): We recommend that you or a responsible person be at the address of delivery to inspect your shipment and sign for it. Please be aware that when you sign for the shipment you are stating that all items are there and nothing is damaged! So it is "very" important to inspect each item while the driver is there. Note on the Bill of Lading all missing items and damages to items. If you don’t note damages or missing items we are not responsible for replacing items. In the event that there are missing or damaged items you must notify us right away to begin the claims process. See Damaged Items and Process for Returns for more information as to why this is very important!

We make every effort to ensure that your shopping experience at Everythingpontoon.com is secure. We use strict security precautions to make our website safe, including the use of a Secure Socket layer (SSL) server. Your information is encrypted before transmission. We also will not ship to any other address than the billing address. When you use your Credit Card we can verify all billing addresses electronically. If you choose to use an address that is different than the billing address you must register this address with your credit card company. We then will contact the company and verify your alternated shipping address. This is another way to help keep you safe and secure.
Damage and Return Information

If your order is damaged during transit, please CONTACT US immediately (at the time it is received). It is very important that you keep your original packaging materials and cartons that your order was shipped in. If you notice at the time of delivery your item(s) are damaged, you can either refuse your shipment or have the carrier’s driver or you note the damage on the bill of lading. In order for your damage claim to be expedited quickly please take photos of the damage, outer carton and inside merchandise. CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. If you do not contact us immediately, all damages are at your expense.

Carpeting has to be rolled as compact as possible for us to meet shipping requirements to our customers. Because of the reason we will NOT exchange or refund your money on carpeting purchases unless it is damaged during transit, or the wrong product is shipped. DO NOT REMOVE THE CARPETING FROM THE ORIGINAL BAG THAT IT IS SHIPPED IN, OR RETURN OF THE DAMAGED OR INCORRECT CARPET WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

In the event you need to return merchandise to EverythingPontoon.com, you must contact us at 1-866-820-6142 to receive an authorization number. You may not return any merchandise without this number or form. You will need to put this number on your Return Authorization Form, (download PDF form here). This form MUST accompany the returned merchandise and filled out in its entirety. The process used to return merchandise to us will depend on the carrier used to deliver your order and what merchandise is being returned.

Once a return is received, inspected and approved, your new item will be processed within 7 – 10 business days. Please note any returned merchandise showing signs of wear from use or damage not from transit will not be exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept parcels sent freight collect or COD. Customers wishing to make returns other than damaged or incorrect product are responsible for the costs associated with shipping the product back to our facilities.

If you are returning an Item(s) for other reasons than Damage or incorrect product, this will be at your own expense and a 25% restocking fee will be implemented and we will not refund original shipping or handling fees. Once again credit will be issued after completion of inspection. Returned Item(s) must be in the same new, unused quality condition as it was shipped to you, along with the original packaging / carton it was delivered in before any credit is issued.

We strive to please and want you to be completely satisfied with our products. Call us immediately if you need to change you order via color, sizes ect. We will try our best to accommodate your request. ORDER CANCELLATIONS:
Our Canvas, Re-manufactured Bimini’s and Seating are custom made to your order. Once you place your order, we put it into production immediately. You can’t cancel these products. All other products you have the next day after you place your order to cancel, we ship next day, so if your product has been shipped we can’t stop it. If you choose to refuse shipment you will be charged for all shipping and handling fees incurred with this return plus and 25% restocking fee. Please CONTACT US immediately.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Certified Check or Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa and Discover). We will process your credit card at the time you place your order. If we are unable to supply the product that you have ordered, we will contact you by email or phone and your credit card will not be processed until we are able to ship your product. When paying by Certified Check, we will not process or ship your order until the check has cleared.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax Information:
As required by law, Everythingpontoon.com charges sales tax on items that are sold to and shipped to the state of Indiana. If your address is in Indiana, the shopping cart will add your tax to your purchased product. At this time, this is the only state we are required to collect sales tax.
